- The wrong product was sent to you.
Exchange Process:
- Customers must share clear pictures and videos of the damaged or incorrect item on our WhatsApp chat – Quick Support
- The request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Once we verify the issue, we will arrange an exchange for the correct item.
Important Notes:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same item is not available, we may offer Refund.
- No exchanges will be processed without proper photo/video proof.
