Maani Boutique Exchange Policy

At Maani Boutique, we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. If you receive a damaged product during shipping or the wrong item, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange:

  1. The product received is damaged due to shipping.
  2. The wrong product was sent to you.

Exchange Process:

  1. Customers must share clear pictures and videos of the damaged or incorrect item on our WhatsApp chatQuick Support
  2. The request must be made within 24 hours  of receiving the product.
  3. Once we verify the issue, we will arrange an exchange for the correct item.

Important Notes:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same item is not available, we may offer Refund.
  • No exchanges will be processed without proper photo/video proof.
